Let’s take a screen break and exercise your eyes!

Are you experiencing sore eyes or blurred vision? Are you someone who looks at computer or digital screens all day long? It’s time to take care of your eye health!

These simple exercises will help to alleviate discomfort, and various disorders related to the malfunctioning of the eye muscles such as short and long sightedness, presbyopia and squint.

Exercise#1:
1. Widely open your eyes
2. Tightly squeeze your eyes

5 rounds.

Exercise#2:
1. Look up without moving your face
2. Look down without moving your face

5 rounds.

Exercise#3:
Look to the center
(You can also use your thumb or a small pen, hold it in front of you and keep steady focus on it while slowly moving it closer to the center of your face.)

5 rounds.

Exercise#4:
1. Look up to the right without moving your face
2. Look up to the left without moving your face

5 rounds.

Exercise#5:
1. Look down to your left without moving your face
2. Look up to your right without moving your face
(Then switch side)

5 rounds on each side.

Exercise#6:
Eye rotation starting from look down, then to your right, up, left, and down without moving your face.

(Then switch side)

5 rounds on each side.

Exercise#7:
1. Rub your palms quickly until you feel the heat in your palms.
2. Put your palms over your eyes and aware of the warmth on your eyes.
