“Rocking the baby”
Sit comfortably straight and hold your right leg like in the illustration and start rocking gently left – right while focusing on your right hip joint and the base of your spine.
Do 15-20 times then switch to the other leg.
“Butterfly”
Sit comfortably straight, grab your feet from the toes so your soles are touching each other. Then make leg movement up while keeping your body still and relaxed.
Do 25 times x 2 sets
“Cat&Cow”
1. Start with the table top pose, make sure your knee joints are straight below your hip joints and your wrist joints are straight below your shoulder joints.
2. Inhale and exhale round your back, lift your spine up, hip front, head down without moving your hands and legs. Awareness on your back muscles and your spine. Stay for 5 breathes.
3. Together with inhalation, bring your spine down, head up, look up. Awareness on your back muscles and your spine. Stay for 5 breathes.
Do 20 rounds.
