What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda was originated in India more than 5000 years ago. “Ayur” means life, while “veda” means knowledge, thus, Ayurveda is the knowledge of life that helps you live healthy in a holistic way. It provides natural measures for maintaining and rebalancing health by living in tune with one’s own nature.

From Five Elements to Unique Superpower!
According to Ayurveda, all matters on this planet are created with five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. However, each of us has different proportions of each element, and this various combination of elements makes one’s nature unique (thus, create our unique Natural superpower!)

We all have these three superpowers but also in different proportions but usually one or two will dominate the others. Let’s take a look at the following illustrations to see what you usually prone towards.

Vata Energy is the combination of air and space elements.

Pitta Energy is a combination of fire and water elements.

Kapha Energy is a combination of water and earth elements.

In the future post, we will show you Ayurvedic questionnaires that will help you understand you unique nature better.

  1. You really make it appear so easy together with your presentation but I
in finding this matter to be really one thing
which I feel I would never understand. It sort of feels too complicated and very huge for me.
I am taking a look forward on your subsequent submit,
I’ll try to get the grasp of it!
